Emanuele Pagliarini is an award winning professional chef whose love of cooking stems back to his childhood. Now a Northern Beaches local, he grew up on a small farm in Lazio Italy, where he developed a passion for the smell and flavour of fresh produce and began to explore his interest in cooking. Emanuele's mother sent him to culinary school at the age of 14, and his career took off quickly from there.
Emanuele first moved to Australia at the age of 18, his flare for fish and steak was honed at the Ivy Teppanyaki bar before becoming the Executive Head Chef of the Ivy kitchen. Emanuele went on to cook in some of Sydney's greatest kitchens - Tetsuya's, Ormeggio, Quay and Aria.
Emanuele brings his master grilling experience to Teddy Larkin's Seafood & Steakhouse. He will conitually develop a menu full of delicious, locally sourced dishes, showcasing the best of Australian steak and seafood. Steak has a starring role on the menu which is why Emmanuele is excited by the American Steakhouse broiler imported from San Francisco.
